She keeps things running as efficiently as possible, making sure partners get what they need when they need it, on time and on budget, while also protecting space for the team to do their best work (and have fun doing it). By thoughtfully allocating resources and protecting agency capacity, she ensures partners get their wins while keeping the team energized and thriving.
