I recently had the opportunity to return to Pubcon in Las Vegas and join an incredible panel on creating a content team. Fellow panel members, Christina Zila, Arnie Kuenn and Alison Zarrella, moderated by Dana Lookadoo, shared a tremendous amount of information on how to create consistent, quality content.

However, the point of this short post is to share the simple script that might help some of you that have grassroots content teams in place. Here is a simple script to help you automatically send items from your Google Docs spreadsheet to your content team shared Google Calendar. It provides a great way to keep the team on track, and in the loop.

Simply visit the Google Doc, make a copy of it for yourself, and take a quick look at the short video to get you started.
