We love the Mountain State, and we love sharing the magic of West Virginia with the world. As an agency of record for the West Virginia Tourism Office, we get to help do just that. Since 2015, we have provided strategy and creative for a wide variety of projects, from graphic design, website design and development, media planning and buying, photography, videography, virtual reality, and more.
The “Real.” campaign fully launched less than 2 months after we were named the agency of record for the WV Tourism Office. Using 10 tourism drivers from a Longwoods International research study as a basis for every element, “Real.” brought together emotional photography and a concise, conversational tone to highlight West Virginia’s key points of differentiation. In only 3 weeks, a new website was launched, which set the foundation for the “Real.” campaign. It ran from July 2015 to April 2018.

Work on the West Virginia Tourism Office website has been extensive. In 2015, we did a complete redesign, incorporating new content, a migration of several thousand existing listings into a new custom-built listing management system, social integration, and a focus on SEO and digital campaign management. In 2018, we completed a site redesign focused on usability and conversion while bringing the website inline with the launch of the West Virginia Tourism Office’s new brand and campaign.
Using the latest in virtual reality equipment, we helped the West Virginia Tourism Office take people on a journey across the state without leaving their seats. This service was used at trade shows and exhibitor events where people were able to put on a headset and watch an immersive video experience showcasing scenic views and thrilling adventures.
