Project Coordinator

Digital Relativity is looking for a Project Coordinator to serve in an important role involving nearly every aspect of our organization, internally and externally.

This role will require a detail-oriented, organized individual with strong communication skills.

  • Manages and reviews project progress, keeping an eye on timelines and deliverables and communicates with AEs when dates need to be adjusted or with internal teams on project lags.
  • Builds and manages traditional media vendor relationships and handles day-to-day communications with media vendors.
  • Collaborates with traditional media vendors to purchase advertising at the direction of Marketing Strategist..
  • Ensures that selected digital media is purchased and implemented, communicating with both external vendors and internal team.
  • Manages/updates internal campaign tracking spreadsheet.
  • Works directly with the Ad Ops team to communicate media buy needs and priorities, so that team can accurately purchase digital placements.
  • Opens project requests in Workamajig at the direction of the Senior Project Manager.
  • Ensures team members have the necessary assignments to record their labor on timesheets.
  • Works with the internal DR Ad Ops team to create the digital portions of media plans and ensure that selected digital media is purchased and implemented.
  • Monitors the Ad Ops budget tracking spreadsheet to ensure that spends are not going over allotted budgets, or conversely, underperforming.
  • Takes part in the Ad Ops QA process, ensuring that all digital placements are set up as required and running on-time/on-budget.
  • Takes part in the website QA process, reviewing sites and noting items that need to be addressed.
  • Works in coordination with the billing manager to ensure billing schedules are accurate, up to date and all project transactions are accounted for prior to monthly billing.
  • Is a WMJ power-user, training and understanding all functionality related to scheduling, budgets, opportunities, CRM functions, and more
  • Follows internal processes for projects and communications
  • Other duties as assigned
