Digital Relativity, a creative tradigital (digital & traditional) marketing agency with offices in Fayetteville, WV, and Charleston, WV is looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team.

We’re looking for someone with the ability to see the big picture and think strategically for our partners. Communication is an important part of the role, with both external and internal partners. The ideal candidate will be a good fit for our culture and work style. Agency deadlines can be fast-paced and aggressive, but the work is exciting and dynamic.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and establish a portfolio of partner accounts
  • Manage and review project progress, and communicate project needs and deliverables to partner
  • Conduct meetings with partners and keep them informed about the current work status of their projects
  • Deliver presentations as required
  • Ensure that project deadlines and budgets are met, communicating and seeking approval of any changes to projects
  • Understand company services and capabilities and be able to communicate those to the partner in a thorough manner
  • Travel as needed to visit and maintain relationships with partners
  • Provide monthly, annual, and campaign reporting to partners

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external partners, both in-person and in writing
  • A passion for customer service and development of partner relationships
  • Show strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Work with a variety of agency tools, including project management and CRM software
  • Understanding of marketing and advertising strategy and tactics, including digital advertising
  • Be persuasive, able to sell work and ideas, and respond positively to feedback
  • Be flexible and able to solve problems
  • Remain up-to-date on company services and understand the process and requirements of other teams within the company
  • Diligent about ensuring that partner requests have been addressed by creative team, and ensuring that all actions have been tracked/noted in agency project management tools
  • Be responsible for managing the partner relationship through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests
  • Be organized and able to create partner communication briefs and support the Creative Director with drafting creative briefs
  • Exhibit strong presentation skills
  • Identify ways to grow partner accounts through new business opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions
